Today, the World Series of Poker covers more than 50 different tournaments and lasts about seven weeks. The World Poker Tour (WPT)
The World Poker Tour – Montreal Poker Tour. The tournament takes place at the Playground Poker Club and attracts the most famous poker players. It is held several times a year.
The WPT came into being in 2001 and was a counterbalance to the world famous WSOP.
WPT is a professionally organized poker tours with the world poker stars. The top prize of $556,000 and is still in the lead.
European Poker Tour (EPT)
